Interested applicants can obtain the Pre-qualification documents from the procurement office on the main Campus during normal working hours, from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm, & 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm free of charge.
The documents may also be accessed and downloaded free of charge from the Moi University websitewww.mu.ac.ke. or www.tenders.go.ke, Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP). Applicants and bidders who download the Pre-qualification documents must forward their particulars immediately to [email protected].
How to submit the Moi University Tender Application
Completed Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Administration and Senate Building, main Reception Area at Moi University, Main Campus.
