KNEC Registration Guidelines
- All candidates with foreign certificates must seek equation of their certificates from KNEC (the service is offered at a fee). This will have to be done one year before registration for examinations. Further instruction on the procedure of applying for equation are given in Section 0 below.
- Courses offered locally by other institutions that are comparable to KNEC courses are NOT EQUITABLE, and certificates issued by those institutions CANNOT BE USED TO REGISTER A CANDIDATE FOR A HIGHER DIPLOMA COURSE OR ANY OTHER COURSE OFFERED BY THE KENYA NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS.
