Below are easy steps on how to use the Student Self Help I-enabler.
- Login to the i-enebler login page via the Official website
- Choose the “Student Icon”
- Enter your pin(5 numeric digits, do not start with a 0)
- Enter your student number
- Click on “Login”.
When you enter the commands above, you will be logged in automatically.

How to change/update your contact details on the i-Enabler?
Follow the steps below to update or change your contact details
- Login to the ienabler
- Insert in your Student’s Number
- Insert in your Pin
- Then Click on “Login”
How to Update Your Cell Number on I-Enabler?
Do the following;
- Login via the portal
- Click on “Application”
- Click on “Personal Contact Detail”
- Click on “Cell Number” and follow the prompts to add your new cell number as seen below
The same steps can be followed should you want to change your e-mail address.
Still Having Difficulty?
If your student profile on the system does not have the correct e-mail address or if there is no e-mail address captured on your profile, the system will not be able to communicate with you directly.
You will then have to go to your campus and let the administrative staff assist you in updating your profile, before you can proceed to log in.
How to Reset your Ienabler Login Details
To Reset your University of Free State -UFS I Enabler Password, do the following;
Type your student number in the Provide spaces and click the forgotten password button if you have forgotten your pin and the system will e-mail it to you.
Type your student number and pin in the fields above and click this button if want to change your current pin.
Type your student number and click on this button to request your pin and the system will e-mail it to you.
If you have forgotten your student number, click this button and provide your ID number so the system may send your student number via e-mail to you.
